You send us your POS history (CSV or connect your ERP via our connector), we run signal fusion against your actual SKU catalog, and deliver a 12-week forecast alongside your current ERP output. You get a side-by-side comparison — Heatvelo forecast vs. your ERP baseline — on the same SKUs. You see the accuracy delta directly. No commitment to continue. The pilot runs for 2 calendar weeks from the day we have clean data flowing.
Annual billing saves 20% versus month-to-month. The Scale tier requires annual contract. Signal and Growth tiers are month-to-month by default — you can switch to annual billing at any time during your subscription to lock in the discount. Annual billing is paid upfront for the full 12-month period.
SKU count is measured as the number of distinct SKU-channel-region combinations in your active forecast. A single product in two channels counts as 2 SKUs. The count is measured at the start of each billing cycle. If your active SKU count exceeds your tier limit, we'll notify you and discuss an upgrade — we don't auto-bill overage fees. New product launches and SKU discontinuations are handled in the next billing cycle reconciliation.
Same data handling as paid tiers. TLS 1.3 in transit. Your POS data is processed to calibrate your SKU baseline model and is not retained beyond the 48-hour processing window. Raw scan data is never shared with other customers. If you don't continue after pilot, we delete your baseline model data within 5 business days of pilot end — just confirm in writing at [email protected].
Signal tier: email support, 3 business day response SLA on non-urgent issues. Growth tier: email + Slack channel, 1 business day SLA. Scale tier: dedicated success manager, 4-hour SLA for production issues. For all tiers, model accuracy issues and data delivery failures are treated as P1 and responded to within 4 hours during US business hours (9am–6pm Central).
Signal and Growth tiers are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice — you keep service through the end of your paid period. Scale tier is annual contract. We don't believe in automatic renewal traps — you'll receive renewal notice 60 days before your annual contract ends.
We don't offer a blanket accuracy guarantee because CPG forecast accuracy varies by SKU volatility, category, and data quality. What we commit to: if Heatvelo's 12-week MAPE is not demonstrably better than your ERP baseline MAPE (measured over the same SKU set and time period), we'll work with you to investigate the root cause. If the model is underperforming and we can't improve it within 60 days, you can exit month-to-month contracts without penalty.

The additional signal categories (Social Trends, Macro Indicators for Growth) are activated and calibrated against your existing baseline. Most upgrades are live within 48 hours of the billing cycle change.
